The approved plans are for a three-storey property, with four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, as well as a host of attractive features. The approved planning permission, offered by Urbana Town Planning, has a basement, a ground floor and a first floor.
The first floor doesn’t have much, but is made up entirely of the master suite. Floor plans of what the first floor will look like show that the master suite is accessed from a landing, which opens directly into a walk-in closet. From here, residents could access a bathroom, or walk around a wall with a walk-in closet, to the bed area, which appears to show a large window taking up the entirety of one side of the room.
The ground floor is clearly the general living space. The planning request outlines plans for a large kitchen/dining/living room, a snug, a pantry, a double garage and two offices. Access to this floor obviously includes the garage, but the main entrance door is also on this floor and appears to be accessed by a small bridge over a water feature, which runs along the front and then down the side of the property.
The ground floor is where the fun is. The floor plans look huge and boast incredible features including an indoor pool, treatment/yoga room, gym, steam room, sauna, and three en-suite bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms appears to have exterior stairs to the garden, and the pool and gym shared a WC/changing room.
The planning application refers to extensive views of the surrounding area to the west, south and east, with the rising hills to the north being the only impediment to distant views in that direction. Plans would include the demolition of buildings currently on the site, which have been used as offices and other purposes for a “redundant landscaping company”.
